Terroir: This wine is a blend of two different terroirs, both in the Alto Cachapoal D.O. Our Chardonnays comes from the cold area of the Andes Mountain, providing a Glaciar climate, allowing a natural high acidity to the grapes and less sun exposition. Both Vineyards are high altitude vineyards from the Andes. The first Terroir has a coluvial soil, clay sandy, very deep, full of volcanic rocks and peebles, allowing a very deep root development. The second Terroir comes from our Grillos Cantores Vineyard, fully alluvial from the Cachapoal river. Soil is gravelly mix with limestone, very deep roots development.
